Makeup??

I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, just two lines around my eyes and I call that makeup. But not until I ordered the kit from everyday minerals. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their product. At first, I ordered the sample since it was free. And a few weeks ago, I decided to order a kit so I can wear some makeup when I am back in Hong Kong. the product goes on easily and I don't feel like I am wearing any makeup. The ingredients are all natural which is the most important thing. :)

Italian

I am finally venturing out and learn Italian. I'd always wanted to learn, even bought a setup of CD to hope that I can learn Italian.... Nope, that didn't happen. I didn't do well with just listening to that lady pronouncing letters and simple words, and I got bored and didn't even listen to the rest of the CDs. Thanks to my language fairy (U know who u are), I was at Rosetta Stone and had my first lesson in Italian. It was very easy to follow and I think it worked really well. I just called a texas library to be their online patron. I can't wait to really dive into Italian!!!

THANKS!

BTW, if you haven't, please read Eat, pray and love. It's a great book and there is a lot of "ah" moments for myself while reading

COCONUT MUFFINS

Decided to give the coconut muffins a try. (don't remember where I found it) It is better than what I expected, and DH had 4 of the 6 muffins. (But I think he is really hungry :P) Overall, consider it is wheat free, it is OK...

COCONUT MUFFINS
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup sucanat or sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coconut extract
¼ cup sifted coconut flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons grated coconut
Blend together eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and coconut
extract. Combine coconut flour with baking powder
and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Fill
muffin cups halfway with batter. Sprinkle grated
coconut on top. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 C) for
15 minutes. Makes 6 muffins.
