Shabu shabu (hot pot)

We have been having shabu shabu almost every Saturday night. We need to enjoy this while it is still cold here in SD. The brwon bottle is favorite sauce. It is sesame sauce. Yes, there are lots of food for the two of us. But, hey!! It's soo good. The soup base is miso. We added daikon and kelp to the soup base to flavor it more. We also cook tofy, watercress and some really nice kobe beef. Oh, how can I forgot about the enoki mushrooms!! YUMMY!! We will be having hot pot tonight again. It's really cold in SD because it is raining!! But, we will be adding fish balls and beef balls to our menu tonight! I can't wait until 6 tonite!!
