Tiger prawns w/ ketcup recipes

This is going to be tough... DH don't cook with measuring spoons or anything. So, this will be a complete estimate!!!

What you need:
prawns
ketcup
sugar
salt and pepper
worchester sauce
garlic
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

1lb of tiger prawns
--wash with sea salt, pat dry

Minced 3 cloves of garlic, add to a hot pan w/ some EVOO
Add the prawns, cook each side for about 3 minutes, add salt and pepper.
When the prawns are almost done, add ABOUT 4 T ketcup, 1 t worchester sauce, 1.5T sugar.
Please taste this, the flavor should be like sweet and sour pork...
If it's too sour, add more sugar, if you want a little "kick", add more worchester sauce.
Mix well, and this is done! :D
BTW, if there are some sauce left on the pan, try and mix some rice in there, it's really good. Also, this works well with pork chop, chicken chop... Just sub the prawns to the meat!!
